Transformative therapy for processing and healing.
Transformative therapy for processing and healing.
When I talk about “processing,” I’m really referring to the way we sort through our thoughts, emotions, experiences, and behaviours in a space that feels safe and supportive. For many people living with anxiety or depression, this can take time and often unfolds both in and outside of our sessions.
In therapy with me, it’s completely normal for insights or emotions to continue bubbling up after we’ve met. When you say you’re “still processing,” that’s not only expected—it’s an important part of the work. You may notice yourself replaying pieces of our conversation, making new connections, or feeling emotional shifts in the days that follow. This ongoing internal movement is a sign that therapy is settling in and creating real, meaningful change.

Therapy is personal for me. I’ve spent years supporting people through anxiety, overwhelm, grief, relationship struggles, and feeling stuck, and I’ve learned that real healing happens when someone feels truly seen and understood.
In our work together, I’m attentive and grounded. I help you slow down, name what you’re feeling, make sense of your patterns, and find language for experiences you may have carried quietly for a long time. Clients often say that having their inner world reflected back to them brings clarity and relief.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I’m here to walk alongside you—not to fix you, but to help you understand yourself more deeply and move toward the change you’re wanting with steadiness and confidence.
I take a flexible, personalized approach to therapy, combining evidence-based methods in a way that fits your unique needs—especially when navigating anxiety, depression, or past trauma. At the heart of my work is a relational, trauma-informed foundation: building trust and connection is key to real growth.
Some of the ways I support clients include:
I also draw on person-centered and feminist perspectives, acknowledging your wisdom and the broader context of your life. Together, we focus on your strengths, explore what’s holding you back, and develop skills that help you navigate challenges while honoring your values.
